Do you provide in-home assessments and quotes for the Sea to Sky Corridor?

Yes! We will come to your home to meet you because we know you have lots of questions. We will then go through your home room by room to come up with a cleaning plan that suits you and your budget. The assessment will take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many questions you have and the size of your home or garden.

What services do you offer?

Green Clean offers residential cleaning as often as you need, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, move in/out cleaning, commercial landscape maintenance and residential lawn and garden care.

How much do you cost?

Our goal is to provide the best value cleaning service in the Sea to Sky Corridor. This means that we need to charge a little less than some of the bigger companies in the area. Our rates are steady and fair as we also can’t be one of the “cheapest” cleaning companies in the Sea to Sky Corridor due to all the costs associated with running a professional company. We prefer to meet with you in person to come up with a cleaning plan that best suits your budget.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, cash, cheque or email transfer.

Do you provide a receipt?

Yes, we can definitely provide you with a receipt. In keeping with our “Green” philosophy we prefer to email receipts to avoid any unnecessary use of paper.

Is your work guaranteed?

Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied, please call by 11am the following day and we’ll return to clean the area of concern for free.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we do! If you are a regular client of Green Clean and you refer a new on-going client we will give you 30 minutes of free cleaning!

Do you use environmentally friendly products and practices?

Green Clean is dedicated to helping reduce the amount of chemical products used in cleaning and so we predominantly use Norwex – an anti-bacterial microfiber cleaning cloth laced with silver that only requires water. We use Only Green products for sanitizing toilets, and a home-made brew on floor surfaces and Tristar triple hepa-filtered vacuum cleaners.

What does it mean to be WCB covered?

Well, if you hire someone to come into your home to provide you with a service and they don’t have WCB coverage, they become your employee. This means that if they should injure themselves in your home, you are responsible for paying their WCB. All Green Clean employees are covered by WCB so you don’t get stuck with the bill.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, Green Clean carries a 2 million general liability insurance policy, so should any of your possessions get broken we will be able to cover the cost of fixing or replacing the item. We can show you proof of our insurance during the in-home assessment.

What if I have pets?

We love pets at Green Clean. Ideally, you would introduce your pet to the Green Clean team prior or during the initial visit. It is also a good idea to show us where the treats are so when we return, we can offer them a treat before starting the clean. If your pet has any funny behaviours, please let us know.

Do you comply with all laws?

Yes. We comply with all local, provincial and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to licensing, marketing ethics, employment practices and workers rights. This does add cost to our prices and not all companies follow all the rules. Usually when a company offers you very low prices, it is the workers who are paying the price!

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning services?

You don’t have to be home but should feel comfortable staying at home if you choose. You can provide us keys and/or security codes as they are kept safely at our main office. Another option is to hide a key at your home and let us know where it is.

Can Green Clean care for the inside and outside of my home?

Green Clean loves to care for the inside and outside of our client’s homes. We can do seasonal yard/garden care or one time fall/spring clean and planting.

What sort of gardening work does Green Clean do?

Green Clean can do spring/fall cleanups, restorations, planter boxes, garden pruning and planting, grass cutting, trimming, and weeding. We can do seasonal landscape maintenance and short term work.

Eco Friendly

Green Clean is 100% eco-friendly as we don’t use any harmful chemicals. Everything we do has your health, the health of your children and your favourite family pets in mind. We use Norwex inside your home and a healthy home-brew for pesky weeds outside your home.

Norwex has a line of antibacterial microfiber cleaning cloths with silver particles integrated into the microfiber to help reduce the existence of bacteria by 99.99% in less than 24 hours. And the good news? We only use water!! This means no harmful chemicals are being flushed down the drain or left behind on the counter and other surfaces.
